Roundys Supermarkets is looking for Store Director Operations Management Trainees for our stores in the Madison, Milwaukee & Fox Valley areas of Wisconsin area in addition to the Twin Cities market. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company. The Store Director Operations Management Trainee will be involved in directing and managing all aspects of store operations, including driving sales, controlling expenses, developing people and executing merchandising plans, all with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Qualified candidates will have experience in a retail environment, Bachelors Degree, excellent problem solving and communication skills, a passion for food and a commitment to superior customer service. This training program will involve rotation in all perishable & non perishable departments and is expected to be anywhere from 12-24 months in duration. Only recent college graduates with Bachelor degrees will be considered for this opportunity. Trainees will be put on an accelerated track to management and enrolled in a specific training program to learn all aspects of supermarket operations.
