Ed, who began with Roundy’s in 1981, is responsible for legal, treasury, corporate governance, risk management and internal audit. Over the course of his Roundy’s career, he has acted as Corporate Controller, Vice President and Controller, Vice President and Treasurer, and Secretary and Treasurer.

Ed is also the Corporate Compliance Officer, who is accountable to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors for consistent compliance with legal, ethical and Code of Business Conduct principles. He serves as the senior level contact person for employees, customers, suppliers and the general public on issues relating to the implementation of and compliance with these principles.

Ed graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh with a degree in Accounting in 1976. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Cash Manager (CCM).

Ed’s favorite “foodie” missions involve selecting lobsters for special occasion dinners.
