Charlie Kilburg, Store Director at the Pick 'n Save store in Oshkosh on Koeller and 20th Street, is the 2009 recipient of the Robert Mariano Award for Excellence in Store Leadership.

Charlie, who began his career with Roundy's just two years ago, never settles for "good enough." In his store, you'll always find displays that bring the ad to life, helpful, upbeat employees, and most importantly, happy customers. You'll often see Charlie walking his store, interacting with his team and talking to his shoppers. He's well known for his love of food and can often be found sharing his favorite recipes. He's dedicated to his community, and his store has one of the company's most popular cookout shacks for local fundraisers. Charlie belives in teambuilding and leading by example, and his coaching techniques have helped lead his team to success.
